ASTM F3125 Grade A325 Standard / SCM440 Material

ASTM A325, under ASTM F3125 (Finished Product for Heavy Hex Structural Bolt), is a standard specification for high-strength structural bolts used in steel-to-steel connections within structural frameworks, such as building frameworks, bridges, towers, and other steel structures where a strong, stable connection is essential.

ASTM F1554 (Finished Product for Anchor Bolts) is a standard specification for high-strength structural bolts used in concrete-to-steel connections to anchor structural elements, including building columns, steel frames, heavy equipment, light poles, and bridge bearings, to concrete foundations.

At 7Tiger Metals Works, we ensure compliance with ASTM A325 & ASTM F1554 (Finished Product) by using SCM440 (Raw Material Shafting). SCM440 is selected because its tensile and yield strength exceed the mechanical properties required by the A325 & F1554 105 standard. Our compliance is achieved through precision cut threading and bending, without additional heat treatment, ensuring both strength and reliability in demanding structural applications.
